Objective
The client, established in Ayurveda nutritional products approached us while looking for an agency to handle their social media comments queries in real time.
Strategies
We started with having a training of the tool ,which the client had been using earlier to handle their queries and from there we took further the handlings after understanding their dashboard. Basis the bulk queried being generated in a day, we dedicated a team to handle their social media response. With the templates given to us initially by the client, our team formulated as much personalized messages as responses to the queries/ complaints by its customers. We made sure that the queries are responded and escalated to the concerned team members within 30 minutes in a way to shield the brand’s reputation.
Result
By handling 200-300 queries in real time by successful co-ordination with client we shielded the brand’ reputation.
