A renowned conglomerate connected us for the management of brand reputation which was being hampered due to frequent negative content across online channels.
Strategies
After having a brief discussion with the client regarding the news published and knowing all ins and out the team analyzed current situation over Google searches and devised a strategical plan towards it. The positive content lying beyond google 3rd page is pulled in front, also the new positive content is devised and promoted which helped the team to push and suppress the negative content beyond 3rd page. Formulating strategies when the crisis occurs and executing it on time that too strategically is something we take care of religiously.
Result
The reputation of brand is under control. Being on the big giant 100% clearance of negative article is not feasible though.
